You can book directly on our website, by email or by phone. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the cottage reservation. For guest rooms, payment is made at the time of booking.

Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm, and check-out is before 11am for guest rooms and before 4pm for the cottage. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us in advance.

The security deposit is €1000 for the cottage and €1500 for the package deal. It is returned within 7 days after your departure, following the property inspection. There is no security deposit for guest rooms.

Yes, the pool is heated and open from May 1st to September 30th. It is accessible from 9am to 10pm.

Yes, we provide sheets and 2 towels per person. The beds are made for your arrival. Pool towels are not provided.

Yes, fiber WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house and on the terrace. The access code will be provided upon your arrival.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms: a double bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, a master suite upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined together), and a bedroom with 5 single beds, 2 of which can be joined together.

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. It is not accessible for guest room bookings.

Yes, you have a 50m² terrace with garden furniture and a table for 12 people, as well as access to the wooded park.

Guest rooms are only available when the cottage is not rented, which is generally one month before the date.

Yes, for guest rooms, continental breakfast is included and served in the common room or on the terrace in good weather.

Dogs are accepted upon request only, with a supplement of €10/day. They must be kept on a leash outside and are not allowed on beds and sofas. Please note: the property is not fenced.

Events and parties are not allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. During the day, the maximum number of visitors is limited to 15 people, with prior agreement.

Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 4 nights or more, we provide intermediate cleaning. For guest rooms, cleaning is done daily.

Lamotte-Beuvron (6km) has all the necessary shops: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants. A market is held there every Friday morning.

The region offers many activities: hiking, Loire Valley castles, go-karting, horseback riding. The Canal de la Sauldre is accessible on foot from the property.
