A fully renovated Sologne barn
In 2023, we embarked on a project that was close to our hearts: transforming this beautiful Sologne barn into a big, beautiful house with an uninterrupted view over the plain and the woods.
After a whole year’s work with a fantastic team of local craftsmen, we’re delighted to welcome you here. Our aim was to create all the modern comforts while preserving the spirit and charm of the building.

Ground floor
The ground floor features a large, light-filled 80m² living room. The lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, opens onto the dining room and its large convivial table, while the open-plan kitchen allows you to enjoy the company of others while meals are being prepared.

There is also a large, bright bedroom with en suite shower room (shower, double washbasin and WC), connected TV and direct access to the terrace.

Three bright bedrooms offer comfort and privacy :
– At the end of the corridor, with a view of the park and château, a master suite with a 160cm bed, television and en-suite shower room (shower, double washbasin and WC).
– One double bedroom with 2 twin beds and a television
– A separate bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC
– A large bedroom with 5 single beds, ideal for children.

Exterior
A 50m2 terrace is a natural extension of the living space. In fine weather, it is equipped with a large table and garden furniture.
From May to September, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool on the edge of the terrace opposite the house.
An outdoor area of around 1 hectare is at your disposal. Table tennis and trampoline (except in winter).
