General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Réservation
1.1 Capacity
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of people exceeds the accommodation capacity, we may refuse additional persons.
2. Rates and payment
- Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included
- 30% deposit required at booking for the cottage, full payment for the guest rooms
- Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival
- Security deposit required upon arrival (only for the cottage)
3. Cancellation
3.1 By the client
- • More than 30 days before: deposit refunded
- • Less than 30 days before: deposit kept
- • Less than 15 days before: full stay amount due
3.2 By the owner
In case of cancellation by the owner, all amounts paid will be refunded.
4. Inventory and security deposit
An inventory is carried out upon arrival and departure. The security deposit is returned within 7 days after departure, minus any damages.
Cottage security deposit: 1000€
Package deal security deposit: 1500€
5. Use of premises
The client agrees to use the premises according to their intended purpose. Any subletting activity or event organization is prohibited.
Respect for arrival times (4pm-9pm) and departure times (11am for guest rooms – 4pm for cottage)
No smoking in the premises
Pets accepted only upon request
Respect for the neighborhood and quiet between 10pm and 8am
6. Responsibility
The owners decline all responsibility in case of theft or bodily injury occurring on the property. Children are under the exclusive responsibility of their parents. Civil liability insurance (holiday insurance) is mandatory for all tenants.
7. Disputes
In case of dispute, only the court of Blois has jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
